Appearance: A body like any world class weight lifter, but with the pot belly of those with beer gut. His gut comes from constantly eating gravity and not exerting himself much. If it weren't for his pale skin he would be quite handsome his spiky brown hair reaches his sternum and is worn in three parts. It hangs over his shoulders the front and back. He his eyes are light green and deep set with dark rings around them as if he got punched and lacked sleep. He tends to raise his bushy eyebrows which make his eyes more apparent. His mouth is average and lips full. Toby wears a black traveling cloak with a hood and red trim. A white button up shirt with large collar that would be nice if the arms of the shirt weren't ripped off and grey jeans with black combat boots.
Personality: A conceited kind that doesn’t take crap from anyone. He does what he wants because no has been able to control him, he lack discipline. He uses his magic to bully others. He has often talks about his burden, semi-referencing his gravity magic. Inside he is a scared little boy who wants to be controlled.
History: Toby grew up traveling the world with his parents even while school was in session. He was a scrawny kid who always got picked on but never stopped standing up for himself. His intelligence and his crazy but truthful stories caught the attention of many females. For this reason guys in the school hated him. This led to him getting beaten up a lot in his youth. His parents didn't notice the problem because he would just pass his injuries off that he was clumsy and frail. Laughing it off as a bad combination. One day a group of guys decided to make it so that he couldn’t tell stories anymore. They hid themselves on the route that he took home from school and beat him mercisly, stumping on his throat. Just before he passed he noticed a man seemingly dropping out the sky then the kids, yelling.
Toby spent the three months in intensive care but it was during this time Graviton came to him via his mind. In that time Graviton taught him Dragon Slayer magic in the process his physical body became stronger. When he awoke he had age three years in three months (most of his puberty). Needless to say being trained by a dragon while he was in coma didn’t make for a believable story.

Special abilities: From learning to stand the crushing Gs of gravity he has gotten exceptionally strong both physically and endurance. Abilities befitting dragon slayers. He isn’t all “bronze.” He very knowledgeable about history and language.
Learned powers: Gravity Dragons Roar. Gravity Dragons wing user will bump their fist together and extend out towards their sides when using the attack opponents will see the aura of dragon behind the user. Gravity around Toby will lighten just enough for his speed to increase just before the target is gravity is increase as much as Toby can muster resulting in a crushing attack. (Like getting hit by tank at high speed). Dragons weighted claw a melee attack causes increases gravity on surfaces that are hit making attack stronger. The gravity of things hit by this move return to normal when fist/foots are removed
