C rank mission: mutated rats

it was quite a cold day. in magnolia stood a quite big somewhat older house, it was made of stone with a wooden roof, inside a man and women waited sacredly, inside their basement was a rat nest, not just a normal rat nest but a mutated one, the rats were really big and some of them even spitted fire, they had locked the basement, but it scared them a lot. so they would give a mage some money for clearing their basement.

Walking up to the door whither he had to walk up step's or merely just on a small path made no different as he steadily knocked on the door with a loud series of thuds and bang's. Or however one would knock on the a door these days.

"Helllo!? anyone home? I'm the Mage you hired to kill the Rat's!"
Sense Unholy went through all the trouble to find the place he would wait outside for the someone to answer the door however if they took too long he would simple barge in.

A somewhat older lady opened the door quickly after she heard the banging on the door, she was somewhat chubby and had short gray hair, the old lady smiled when she saw the mage ''come in come in, the rats are inside,'' as she leaded the way to the basement she gave the man a key and said'' We will go do some shopping now please take care of the rats'' the lady and a men left the house quickly leaving the mage alone in front of the basement where the rats were

the rats were 10 times bigger then normal rats, and were bigly mutated two of them could spit fire, one of them had some poison abilitys and 4 of them were really fast how would the mage fight the rats and who would be victoryous

Taking the key Unholy thanked the lady before they left. Slowly opening the door to the basement he peeked inside after just opening it a crack. "Holy shit there the size of small dogs..." Unholy whispered to himself.

Slamming the door open hoping to surprise the rat's Unholy Black used.
"Poison Dragon's Twin Fang!" moving his arms forward in a cross and forming a very large amount of poison in two massive waves shaped like fangs firing the two fangs missiles at the two closest rat's attempting to attack them with great blunt force.

If successful The Rats would be sent fly back while being poisoned at the same time. Or So Unholy hoped.

the rat that had the ability to spit poison blocked the attack by spitting towards the attack, the somewhat smaller rat was send into a wall and knocked down left to die from the poison, at that moment, two of the rats became angry and shot fireballs at the intruder mage, the mage would hvae to look out for to not damage the house too much

The fireballs hit Unholy's chest burning holes in her upper clothing and giving him second degree burn's. "Arrrrrg! Damnit it!.."
Pure rage gowed in his shadowy green eyes as he stared down the Fire ball rats with absoulte hate. "I'm going to turn you all into ugly ass rug's I promise you that..." Clutching onto his burn flesh upon his chest Unholy felt the hot burning pain as he prepared his next attack.

"Poison Dragon's Fang Thrust!" Unholy Summons a Magic Seal in front of him, from which a wave of poison shaped like a Dragon's head, with large fangs, is generated. The powerful wave moved towards the two fire rat's.

the two fire rats thought to be smart and tried to set the poison attack inflame but it didnt work, before they could dodge the attack the rats were hit by the attack and knocked to death, only 4 of them were left three normal ones and a poison on that seemed resistant against the mans attacks, from three sides the three normal quick rats came storming at the mage not knowing if the man would be able to block three attacks at once, and to top this the poison rat spitted a golb of poison towards the mages head

Kicking off the ground infront of him. Unholy Jumped backwards as the 3 rats attempted to Bite and scratch at him. By jumping back he was able to dodge the rats who were now grouped together. While devoring the golb og posion From the posion rat which replenished Unholy's magic.

With his magic recharged he used.

"Poison Dragon's Roar !" Incorporating the element of poison. Unholy generates poison in his mouth and then rapidly lets it out in the form of a poisonous breath that, when it hits, injects virus into his victims' bodies, slowing down their movements, weakening them and and slowly killing them.

Unholy aimed at the three rats infront of him attempting to posion the lot of them. However he didnt know who was fast him or the rats.

it looked as the three normal rats had no magic powers, but they did have them atleast the middle one of them, when he was dealt enough damage, he engeloped inflames taking the two other rats with him, but creatting a ball of fire close to the mage, the poison rat tried to use that and shot a few globs of poison trough the fire setting hem a blaze, the 3 rats fell down only letting the poison rat remain

Unholy didnt dare try to eat the Burnin poison glob's as the buring globs managed to hit his leg's giving him third degree burn's. As his Pant leg's burned off his skin severly blistered. The Posion did little to the Dragon slayer however he wouldnt be able to move very much if he didnt want his chared flesh tobecome more damaged.

"ARRRRRG AHHHH you son of a bitch your dead!" Slowly walking to the Posion rat Unholy gave him a dragonic stare. Trying to implement fear into the rat as he closed in. Once close enough he attempted to stomp the Rat's back and use his hands to twist its neck around.

the rat was shivered in fear and couldnt move he was stunned seeing all his comrades down he patiently waited for the end, gotten hit by the mans attack the rat passed out,

at that moment the women and her husband returned , the woman rushed in quickly ''are you okay down there, I dont smell the rats anymore '' hoping they would be dead the women went and made some tea,

After killing all the rat's the roasted Unholy slowly made his Way upstairs. Every step with his burnt leg's felt like agony as his chest ached with pain from the burn's he suffered. Upon making his way upstairs the smell of burnt flesh could be smelled within the room as Unholy approached The Woman Breathing heavily.

"I've dealt with the rats... I didn't expect them to have magic powers..." Steam arose from Unholy's Body as his face twitched in agony.

the women was suprised too and quickly handed the man a first aid kit and started treating his wounds, then she asked her husband to get the money out of the vault, the official payment would be 25.000 but since the town owner would pay the other half to complete the s rank price the man got offered 50.000 in a pouch,

job completed add this money to ure profile (we had new price adjustions, this mission was an old one so the price didnt corespond with the new ones, but 50k is normal for c nowadays.)
