Magical Abilities: Changes the properties of non living things to there opposite and with some control they could get an effect in between. Hard-soft, cold hot. It could also allow the user to trea the ocean like ground, by making it solid. At an extreme level a tidal wave could dry a target out as appose to soaking them

History: This staff was once owned by the Bane family and presumed created by them. After the eldest its weilder was struck down in battle. His opposistion thought they would take the power for themselves. But do to their lack of understanding how to control it and the enternal fights it was causing. Not to mention the retaliation it was going cause when Banes found they had it. The group deemed it to dangerous so many years ago there was an attempt to lock it away but with no wielder it broke down every protection that was put on it. So it was decided that it would be put in a climate that was accustomed to blizzards that way the snow would cover up.
The people who decided to seal it away didn't relize it would have been safer to give it a mage, expecially in Bane family. While there is no master it uses the magic in nature. With a owner it would be limited by their magic


Limited by the users rank and magic pool. D ranked mages wouldnt be able to change substantial amounts of water but they could walk on it, the effects dissappearing as they step away.
